Windoes a student with developer subscription for Windows marketplace, I can texynow say it isn't Microsoft who is charging you for this app. I would contact the developers and publishers, textnow for my pc windows 7 they have more power to change the prices of the app. Although Microsoft owns the Windows Marketplace, they don't change prices of apps without the authors consent.
